About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts within Pritchard Power West, ensuring they are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all legal and company requirements. The successful candidate will ensure all contract terms are compliant with legal regulations and company policies, while minimizing risk and supporting smooth project execution.

Requirements:

· Post-secondary education in business administration, law, construction management, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or similar role.

· Strong understanding of contract law, procurement practices, and negotiation principles.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SmartSheet.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Experience:

· Relevant experience in generators or construction

· Certification such as CCMP (Certified Contract Management Professional) or equivalent.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Coordinate projects activities from time of order to project completion.

· Prepare, review, and revise contractual documents including purchase agreements, subcontracts, service agreements, and NDAs.

· Track and manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution to closeout.

· Ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with contractual deadlines and deliverables.

· Collaborate with legal, procurement, project managers, and finance teams to align contract terms with operational and financial requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of contracts and correspondence in a centralized database.

· Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks or conflicts and propose solutions.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external clients/partners for contract-related matters.

· Assist with claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution when required.

· Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.

· Schedule and coordinate deliveries of projects.

· Liaison with OEM throughout all project phases (Execution / Monitoring & Control and Closure.)

· Liaison with production at Pritchard / Local Suppliers to meet project cost and schedule baselines.

· Coordinate the ordering of parts / accessories / supplies for projects

· Process all work orders, purchase orders, and invoices in Foundation.

· Coordinate all relevant information into the production & manufacturing schedules daily.

· Complete post-sales forms.

· Schedule commissioning / Plan Factory and site Witness Tests.

· Work in a cooperative manner with customers, team members and management.

· Negotiate pricing with suppliers and electrical contractors.

· Develop, review and submit monthly reports to Management.

· Perform other duties as assigned and/or required by business needs

· Follow all company policies and procedures
