Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist to join the Refine Cosmetic Surgery team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional support to both patients and healthcare professionals. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar using Jane app.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
- Support pre- and post-procedure patient flow and coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a medical aesthetics or cosmetic surgery clinic required
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Jane and Plexia is desirable.
- Strong understanding with medical aesthetic treatments, and willing to learn cosmetic surgery.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Role Details
- Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
- Clinic hours: daytime shifts only
- No weekends required
- Opportunity to evolve to Full-Time
- Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications
