About the role
Overview: Seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support its digital transformation efforts by optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. This role focuses on enhancing stakeholder engagement, reporting, and business processes through low-code solutions and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)
- Build dashboards and optimize data workflows using Dataverse and Power BI
- Manage application lifecycle via Azure DevOps
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions
- Support and train users to ensure successful adoption
- Maintain project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform tools
- Proficiency in Dataverse, ALM, and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and privacy
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate services or energy sectors
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Microsoft 365, and agile delivery
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, MB-220, MB-260)
