- Visit client sites or assist via remote support to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Install and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Upgrade operating systems and applications to ensure peak performance.
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues.
- Offer expert recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.
- Provide basic training to clients on system usage.
- Keep thorough job reports and manage supply orders.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in desktop support or as an IT technician.
- Skills: Proven expertise in computer hardware, chipsets, memory, and peripherals.
- Knowledge: Advanced understanding of popular OS, software applications, and remote support tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Client-Focused: A responsive approach to client support requests and problem resolution.
