Responsibilities:
- Well-rounded background in customer service.
- Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
- Confident in their approach with customers to negotiate win-win.
- Sustains a high attention to details and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reynolds experience is an asset
Experience:
- Automotive Service Advisor: 1-3 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
- Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 12pm to 9pm
- Sunday: 8am to 4pm
- Friday and Saturday: OFF
