Cargo Service Representative- Toronto

A. Position: Cargo Service Representative

· Location: Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)

· Job Type: Full-Time

B. Job Description/Responsibilities:

Your expected pay rate is $20.00/hour. Actual pay rate will be determined based on individual’s skills, experience and other relevant qualifications.

  • Responsible for both station and cargo operations, ensuring smooth coordination between passenger and cargo activities.
  • Monitor the assembly, sorting, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound cargo to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety and handling protocols.
  • Monitor and coordinate with ground handling agents during aircraft operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all cargo and station operations in accordance with company, local, and government regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and security procedures during all phases of cargo and station operations.
  • Manage and follow up on daily emails, including communications with headquarters and overseas stations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers, adapting to the dynamic needs of the operation.

C. Requirements:

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree or above preferred
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without future sponsorship
  • Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
