About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, native English-speaking woman with strong communication skills to join our remote team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for closing high-value construction and home improvement contracts across the GTA.
You will be provided with 10 to 40 warm leads per week—no cold calling. Your job is to follow up, communicate effectively with homeowners, understand their needs, and close the deal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s self-driven, disciplined, and hungry to make real money.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting and following up with warm leads (provided by us)
- Qualifying homeowners and managing your sales pipeline
- Closing construction and home renovation contracts remotely
- Using CRM and Google Sheets to track and manage lead progress
- Communicating with internal teams to finalize quotes and schedule consultations
- Staying available Monday to Friday, 10AM–6PM EST (No weekend work)
What We’re Looking For:
Must be highly organized and reliable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles
Ability to work with CRMs and Google Sheets
Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM EST)
