Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support our office team. This part-time role will start with a focus on recordkeeping, data entry, and general admin support but will expand over time to include project-based work with senior management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal records and documents
- Perform data entry tasks using Google Sheets and other digital tools
- Assist with HR paperwork, onboarding, and tracking
- Handle general clerical tasks including printing, scanning, and filing
- Communicate with internal staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Support senior management with project work and special initiatives
- Help organize digital files and streamline workflows using AI tools when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and AI platforms like OpenAI
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- No formal education requirement, but recent grads are welcome to apply
