Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support our office team. This part-time role will start with a focus on recordkeeping, data entry, and general admin support but will expand over time to include project-based work with senior management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update internal records and documents
  • Perform data entry tasks using Google Sheets and other digital tools
  • Assist with HR paperwork, onboarding, and tracking
  • Handle general clerical tasks including printing, scanning, and filing
  • Communicate with internal staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Support senior management with project work and special initiatives
  • Help organize digital files and streamline workflows using AI tools when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and AI platforms like OpenAI
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • No formal education requirement, but recent grads are welcome to apply
