Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Alliance Energy Saskatoon. This role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to quality service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Preparing documents and correspondence such as memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets by compiling data and formatting information in a clear, professional manner
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
