About the role
The Phone Experts Group of Companies is looking to fill the permanent position of Service Coordinator for Telecom and Security.
This position is responsible for coordinating service work and installations. You will be the first line of contact between the customer and the company answering questions about our products and services and fulfilling customers’ needs with accuracy and efficiency. The Service Coordinator provides support to our team of technicians and Operations Managers.

Although the position involves working within a team, which is often departmental, you should be self-directed and competent working with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Reception: answer incoming call, prioritize and determine customer requirements
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians, schedule service work and new installations and update pending orders
- Prepare, update and issuing work orders based on troubleshooting according to priority
- Troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
- Process and generate reports
- Account reconciliation
- Contract renewals
- Outgoing mail
- Other admin duties as required
