Position Summary As Administrative Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative and workforce coordination activities of our production unit. You will work closely with supervisors, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling, time tracking, and workforce documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining dailytimesheets for hourly employees in the production department.
- Support in the creation, updating, andposting of weekly employee schedules using Synerion Agile (Workforce ManagementSoftware).
- Help manage timecard entries andadjustments in Synerion Agile to ensure accuracy and compliance with attendanceand labor policies.
- Update daily overtime reports based ontimesheet data and timecard entries and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with supervisors and HR toensure proper tracking of leaves, absences, and shift changes.
- Maintain and organize workforce records,shift rosters, and related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support tothe production and operations teams (e.g., filing, data entry, reportgeneration).
- Act as a liaison between operations andHR/payroll to ensure proper flow of workforce information.
- Perform other administrative duties asrequired to support production operations.
- Experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a production or operational environment.
- Experience with workforce management systems (Synerion Agile is a strong asset).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
