You'll guide clients through our catalogue, generate quotes, offer logistical support, and work closely with our operations team to bring it all together—sometimes even heading out to venues to see your hard work in action! While this is primarily an in-office role, occasional site visits and event setups will keep things fresh and exciting.

What You’ll Do:

· Delight clients with friendly, helpful service and thoughtful event solutions

· Recommend products and experiences that match your client’s unique vision

· Build strong, lasting relationships with new and returning clients

· Communicate clearly and warmly through phone, email, and in-person showroom visits

· Offer expert advice onsite when needed, helping ensure events run smoothly

· Create rental quotes, manage contracts, and stay organized across multiple accounts

· Collaborate with our operations team to deliver seamless customer experiences

· Follow up with clients post-event and help ensure all details are wrapped up

· Jump in on various administrative and event-related tasks as needed

What You Bring:

· A degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required)

· Some sales experience—bonus points if it’s in events or entertainment

· A people-first attitude and great communication skills

· Confidence with negotiations and a drive to meet your goals

· Strong multitasking and organizational skills

· A knack for learning new software and staying on top of details

· Flexibility with hours—some evenings and weekends may be needed

· A genuine passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences

· Experience with events (school, recreation, or other settings) is a great asset

· Post-secondary education in Event or Recreation Management is a bonus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
