Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.
Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $24. 26 per hour
Location : Montreal, QC or Halifax, NS
Location Type : Hybrid; Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday on site
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and meeting clients' needs, including answering calls and, at times, following up on group insurance plan files
- Requests, which vary in complexity, come from internal or external clients
- Being passionate about customer service and determined to do things right, you will ensure a high level of dedication and strive to meet clients' needs by promptly providing accurate responses to those inquiring about the available products and services
- Inbound Call Center – about 50 calls per day
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Bilingual - fully bilingual in French and English (read/write/speak in French/English)
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service, previous administrative or customer service experience in an information center, retail environment, or service sector
- Tech Savvy - experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Ability to navigate between multiple applications confidently
- Problem solving skills
- Excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, staying calm and professional
- Enjoy continuous learning, seek to discover new applications, products, or services and stay updated through support documents
- Technical abilities as well as exceptional research skills, and meticulousness is always your priority; can learn and use various administrative systems simultaneously
- High School Diploma
