We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. This position offers an opportunity for a three-month contract with the potential for permanent hire based on performance. If you have strong work ethic, a great attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office , we want to hear from you!
Your new role:
- Oversee typical Project Coordinator duties , ensuring smooth project operations.
- Draft and process purchase orders for project-related materials and services.
- Collect and organize packing slips for accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Handle invoicing and purchase orders (POs) to maintain financial accuracy.
- Conduct job costing to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating tasks and managing project timelines.
- Prepare and compile quotes for material and labor costs.
What you will need to succeed:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude —we value dedication and professionalism!
- Construction experience is a strong asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
