Job Summary
As an Auto Body Technician at our dealership, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing automotive vehicle bodies and straightening vehicle frames.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive body repairs including removal, replacement, and realignment of body panels
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, including doors, fenders, hoods, bumpers, and grilles
- Straighten bent vehicle frames using hydraulic equipment
- Sand body areas to be painted and cover bumpers, windows, and trim with masking tape or paper to protect them from the paint
- Mix paint colors to match vehicle color using paint mixing equipment
- Apply paint coats for touch-up repairs or complete paint jobs
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and experience working with power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques
- Familiarity with dealership standards and procedures

Pay: $18.72-$39.15 per hour
