Hitachi Energy est à la recherche d'une ou d'un gestionnaire de compte junior pour soutenir et développer les relations avec les principaux clients du secteur des services publics dans les provinces de l'Atlantique. Ce poste implique la réalisation des objectifs de vente, la gestion du portefeuille et des relations, ainsi que la planification stratégique des comptes pour un large portefeuille de solutions énergétiques. La personne en poste doit de préférence être basé à Montréal, mais peut également être basée dans la région de l'Atlantique, au Canada.

Votre impact

  • Développer et élargir les relations avec les comptes de distribution des services publics dans le Canada atlantique.
  • Interagir avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux, y compris opérationnel et exécutif (niveau C).
  • Comprendre les moteurs commerciaux des clients, les tendances industrielles et économiques, ainsi que le paysage concurrentiel.
  • Agir comme principal point de contact pour la résolution des problèmes et la satisfaction des clients.
  • Surveiller les problèmes clés et les occasions commerciales au sein des comptes attribués.
  • Créer et exécuter des plans stratégiques pour les comptes.
  • Concevoir des stratégies de relation avec les cadres supérieurs et prioriser les opportunités.
  • Promouvoir l’ensemble du portefeuille de Hitachi Energy : transformateurs, haute tension, automatisation/logiciel, HVDC/FACTS
  • Stimuler la croissance des ventes et l’adoption de solutions numériques

V otre expérience

  • Expérience :
  • 1 à 2 ans dans la gestion de comptes ou le développement commercial (de préférence dans le secteur des services publics). Les candidates ou candidats titulaires d'un diplôme de troisième cycle seront pris en considération.
  • Formation : Baccalauréat ou maîtrise (p. ex., BA, MBA, P.Eng).
  • Compétences :
  • Expérience en vente dans le domaine des solutions numériques ou énergétiques (atout).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en matière de communication et de collaboration.
  • Débrouillardise et proactivité.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout.

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support and grow relationships with key utility customers in the Atlantic Provinces. This role involves sales target achievement, pipeline and relationship management, and strategic account planning across a broad portfolio of energy solutions. Candidate must preferably be located in Montreal but can also be located in the Atlantic, Canada.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and expand relationships with utility distribution accounts in Atlantic Canada.
  • Engage with stakeholders.
  • Understand customer business drivers, industry and economic trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key issues and opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute account plans
  • Design customer relationship strategies and prioritize opportunities.
  • Promote Hitachi Energy’ full portfolio: Transformers, High Voltage, Automation/Software, HVDC/FACTS, and Service
  • Promote sale growth and develop pipeline

Your background

  • Experience: 1–2 years in account management or business development (utility sector preferred). Post-graduate candidates will be considered.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., BA, MBA, P.Eng).
  • Skills:
  • Sales experience in digital or power solutions (asset).
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Resourceful and proactive.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
