About the role
We are currently looking for a Business Consultant to become a part of our established sales team. Supporting the greater Edmonton area , you will engage new and existing clients in the spa, medspa and wellness space to grow this territory. Someone who will uphold our sales philosophy of nurturing and supporting our clients in achieving their goals and setting them up for optimal success.
Your Impact:
As a Business Consultant, you will:
- Drive Dermalogica’s sales performance in your territory through strategic planning, account support, events and business development.
- Cultivate deep relationships with spa, salon and medspa partners by understanding their goals and offering tailored Dermalogica solutions.
- Take full ownership of account development, including proactive lead generation and conversion of qualified prospects.
- Execute in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations to elevate account success.

You're a connector, a self-starter, and a strategic thinker. You understand the unique needs of spa , salon and medspa businesses and love seeing your clients succeed. You're motivated by meaningful relationships, partnerships supporting growth and excellent at hitting your targets.
What will you do:
- Drive territory sales growth by executing a strategic routing plan and nurturing existing relationships.
- Open new accounts through targeted prospecting and industry networking.
- Leverage sell-through data to build actionable, custom growth plans with partners.
- Support marketing and product launches with in-field presence, education and merchandising.
- Coordinate and support education events, trade shows, and brand experiences.
- Maintain an organized territory plan using CRM tools and Outlook calendar.
- Travel regularly within your territory; occasional overnight travel is required for training, meetings, or regional events.
What you Bring:
- 2+ years field b2b sales experience in the skin care, aesthetics, beauty or salon industries
- Certified Skin Therapist (esthetician) a strong asset
- Experience or strong understanding of spa, salon or medspa environments (dermatology, aesthetics clinics, or medical-grade skincare).
- Impeccable ability to build customer focused business relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Confidence using MS Office and CRM software
- Reside within your territory
- Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally.
