We’re now hiring a Part-Time Social Media Manager. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how debate is shared, celebrated, and socialized online.
This role is open to everyone, but it's a particularly great opportunity for university students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing digital platform. With a flexible commitment of around 10 hours per week, it's designed to fit alongside studies or other projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and publish engaging, creative content across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate on campaign ideas that highlight debates, spotlight users, and bring educational moments to life
- Experiment with bold formats that resonate with students, thinkers, and changemakers
- Represent the tone of voice of VersyTalks : sharp, curious, thoughtful, sometimes cheeky
- Grow and engage a digital community that values conversation over noise
Who This Role Is For:
- You’re involved in debate (and love it) — currently in a university debate team, recently graduated, or part of the debate community
- You believe in the power of argument, critical thinking, human communication and education to shape better ideas and a better world
- You’re creative, self-driven, curious, and not afraid to test new content ideas.
- You’re fluent in TikTok trends and IG memes or eager to learn by doing
- You may not have formal marketing experience — and that’s okay. Some content creation background is a plus
