Principales responsabilités

· Connaissances approfondies à élaborer les étapes de fabrication, traitements de surface, et d’assemblage.

· Concevoir et reproduire les étapes de fabrication sur modèle 3d (Catia);

· S’assurer qu’il y a une bonne compréhension des étapes de fabrication et d’assemblage par la production;

· S’assurer que les étapes de fabrication rencontrent les temps estimés;

· Offrir le support technique à la production et aux sous-traitants;

· Organiser et participer aux discussions d'équipe avant la mise en production.

Compétences recherchées

· Diplôme d’étude professionnelle (DEP) en montage mécanique et/ou machiniste, combiné à un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en aéronautique;

· 5 ans au département des méthodes (atout);

· Organisation et discipline de son endroit de travail;

· Aptitudes avancées sur Catia et Autocad;

· Connaissances du système INFOR LN est considérée un atout;

· Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais;

· Une grande connaissance des spécifications (MIL SPEC) (atout);

· Gestion des priorités multiples;

· Initiative;

· Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft.

Main responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of the development of manufacturing stages, surface treatments, and assembly.
• Design and reproduce the manufacturing stages on a 3D model (Catia);
• Ensure that there is a good understanding of the manufacturing and assembly steps by production;
• Ensure that manufacturing steps meet estimated deadlines;
• Provide technical support to production and subcontractors;
• Organize and participate in team discussions before going into production.

Skills:

• Professional studies diploma (DEP) in mechanical assembly and/or machinist, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aeronautics;
• 5 years in the Methods department (asset);
• Organization and discipline of the workplace;
• Advanced skills on Catia and Autocad;
• Knowledge of the INFOR LN system is considered an asset;
• Fluency in French and English;
• In-depth knowledge of specifications (MIL SPEC) (asset);
• Management of multiple priorities;
• Initiative;
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,993.00-$65,000.00 per year
