Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
