Front of House - Fast Track Indoor Karting

Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Starting Wage: $17.85/hr (3-month probationary period)
Job Type: Full -time/Part-time
Availability: Weekend availability required
Certification Required: First Aid Certification with CPR an asset

Fast Track Indoor Karting has expanded! We’ve launched a brand-new Indoor PlayZone to compliment our fantastic Indoor Go-Karting and we’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic team members to help us create an exciting and safe environment for families.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain pricing, and assist with admissions
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS & Reservation system
• Plan and host birthday parties & private events
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the facility including washrooms
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries
• Work as part of a team to ensure an enjoyable guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 16 years or older
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented
• Basic math & cash-handling skills
