As an Optometric Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our patients receive the best care and experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and assisting with check-ins.
- Coordinating appointments and managing scheduling.
- Supporting optometrists with pre-testing and other clinical tasks.
- Educating patients on eyewear options and lens care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile!
✅ What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service setting.
- A self-driven and motivated attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A trustworthy and reliable nature.
