Maintain and improve production start-up practices for new products - a stimulating challenge worthy of your expertise!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
Product production / industrialization
- Support production and engineering during new product validations
- Define new product work methods that meet customer quality criteria while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to solve technical problems
- Ensure a smooth transition between product development and production phases
- Integrate the risk analysis process throughout the new product industrialization process and propose corrective actions
Methods and manufacturing engineering
- Write and update work instructions, manufacturing ranges and other documents relating to operations
- Work with production employees to validate that methods and instructions are appropriate
- Consult with various stakeholders and experts to validate the compliance of methods in terms of quality and safety
- Analyze manufacturing ranges through time studies and identify waste
- Propose and implement new production methods that optimize added value
- Participate in employee training
- Participate in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement projects (flow reorganization, workstation layout, etc.)

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- BACC or DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or other relevant field related to the role
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks), management tools (ERP, MES) and Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Analytical and synthesizing skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Results orientation and ability to solve complex problems
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
