Position Description:
As a Wintel Administrator on our team, you will enjoy working on many projects both large and small with the client and a team of project and technical professionals. You will be required to communicate and interact with multiple internal team partners and also directly with our external client. The Wintel Administrator will also contribute to estimates for their work effort and help in the solutioning process as well as troubleshooting issues and developing new enhancements to achieve targeted results.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work with client teams to align and develop integrated project plans for server infrastructure design, deployment, configuration, access, and transition to ongoing support (aligned to client policies).

Work with project teams to assist in the development of infrastructure requirements.
-
Manage escalations and project issues; escalate issues and blockers as needed.
Report on project status as required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-
5+ years of experience as SME Windows AD
-
Experience with vulnerability remediation
-
Experience with server build processes
-
Cloud administration experience
-
Ability to provide input and guidance on architecture, design, and development to achieve project objectives
Professional Attributes:

Client-facing, professional attitude

Ability to jump into a client engagement and lead the group in a technical direction
Education and Certification:
-
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Information Technology/Communications or related field and or relevant experience
