As the Dealer Network Specialist , you are responsible for the curation of Element’s network of Dealers. You will help drive a superior client experience by ensuring a network with broad coverage and minimizing overall cost for dealer service fees.

A Day in the Life

  • Support business growth by leveraging our strategic supplier's capabilities and develop and maintain a nation-wide supplier network providing best in class service for Courtesy Deliveries and Out-of-Stock purchases
  • Perform data, statistical and geographical analysis on extensive database of 100,000+ vehicle transactions per year, to enable strategic development and planning for the distribution network.
  • Maximize the benefit of the distribution network by partnering with commercial team to drive customer utilization and streamline processes.
  • Ensure we are appropriately providing visibility to supplier options and fees to drivers & clients placing orders in Elements ordering system
  • Help navigate the complexities of EV dealers related to country and state-specific requirements for incentives
  • Negotiate and resolve escalated and complex transactional issues with suppliers using conflict management and influencing skills
  • Improve internal processes by reducing cost and cycle times including, but not limited to; minimizing dealer diverts, improved reporting including increased use of eDealer, increasing dealer compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, 2 or 4-year degree preferred
  • 2 years experience in Business to Business customer service operations and/or process analysis
  • Experience working cross-functionally to support teams with various objectives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify insights from large data sets
  • Familiarity with dealer services a plus

The hiring base salary range for this position is $54,400 to $74,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
