Description sommaire du poste proposé :
Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TI, FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche de consultants développeur IA senior motivés à la réalisation des mandats. Les principales missions seraient de participer à la définition des besoins et à la conception d’architecture IA, soutenir le développement et l’implémentation des solutions, et collaborer sur toutes taches connexes avec les équipes IA.
Description spécifique des responsabilités :
Sans s’y limiter, les principales responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes :
- Gérer des projets de développement en intelligence artificielle dans le transport aérien.
- Contribuer à l'analyse des besoins spécifiques en collaboration avec l'équipe en place.
- Participer à la conception d'architectures IA adaptées aux défis du secteur.
- Soutenir le développement et l'implémentation des solutions d'optimisation sous la direction de l'équipe existante.
- Assister dans la mesure et l'évaluation de l'impact des initiatives sur les KPIs d’affaires.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IA existantes de la compagnie pour renforcer leurs capacités.
- Participer à l’amélioration des performances opérationnelles et financières.
Description du profil recherché :
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme d’étude de 2 nde ou 3 ème cycle en sciences des données, intelligence artificielle, mathématiques, génie informatique, informatique, ou toutes disciplines connexes.
- Posséder un minimum de sept (7) années d'expérience en technologie de l’information.
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience en sciences des données ou intelligence artificielle.
- Connaissance du transport aérien.
- Avoir effectuer au moins 01 mandat d’optimisation dans un contexte de transport aérien.
- Expertise en techniques d'optimisation (programmation linéaire, algorithmes génétiques).
- Maîtrise des algorithmes de machine learning (régression, classification, clustering) appliqués aux données aériennes.
- Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks d'IA/ML.
- Expérience en intégration de systèmes.
- Langues : Bilingue (français et anglais)

Brief description of the position :
To meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for senior AI developer consultants motivated to carry out mandates. The main missions would be to participate in the definition of needs and the design of AI architecture, support the development and implementation of solutions, and collaborate on all related tasks with AI teams.
Main responsibilities :
Without limitation, the main tasks involve:
- Manage artificial intelligence development projects in the air transport sector.
- Contribute to the analysis of specific needs in collaboration with the existing team.
- Participating in the design of AI architecture adapted to the challenges of the sector.
- Support the development and implementation of optimization solutions under the direction of the existing team.
- Assist in measuring and evaluating the impact of initiatives on business KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the company's existing AI teams to strengthen their capabilities.
- Participate in improving operational and financial performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, computer engineering, computer science, or any related discipline.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data science or artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of air transportation.
- At least one optimization project in an air transportation context.
- Expertise in optimization techniques (linear programming, genetic algorithms).
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) applied to air data.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience in systems integration.
- Languages: Bilingual (French and English).
