The Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive change effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects.
