POSITION SUMMARY

The Donor Relations Administrator supports the sustainability and success of the Winnifred Stewart Empties to Winn program. The administrator recognizes that fundraising provides foundational funding for Winnifred Stewarts’ programs and services for people with diverse abilities and strives to provide all donors with an exceptional experience – experiences that appeal to and help attract new donors, retain existing donors, and encourage donors to expand the relationship and contributions to Winnifred Stewart. The Donor Relations Administrator is a self-starting individual who believes in Winnifred Stewart’s mission and vision and can inspire and engage others to support it.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A positive attitude that acknowledges the gifts and passions of persons with disabilities, an aptitude for service and support, and a relevant knowledge and skill base. · Minimum 2 years administrative experience, in the not-for-profit sector encouraged with minimum 1 year experience in customer service · Knowledge and proven experience with donor communications · Experience working with donor management databases and Microsoft Office · Willingness to complete a Police Information Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact with potential and existing Empties to Winn and Winnifred Stewart donors.
  • Provide onboarding for new business and residential Empties to Winn donors.
  • Responding to donors’ inquiries, resolving concerns and recognizing our valuable donors.
  • Help with operational challenges and opportunities by providing administrative support including donor notifications and rescheduling ETW pickups when required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors ensuring a positive and engaging donor experience.
  • Manage data information with various software’s to ensure accuracy of donor information and giving.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday - Friday - 8:30AM - 4:00PM
