Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls regarding tenant requests.
- Perform various plumbing work in buildings.Carry out the installation of new appliances and various plumbing-related repairs.
- Perform regular maintenance of plumbing equipment.
- Execute any other related tasks.
Professional Requirements
- Have 5 years of experience in plumbing.
Technical Requirements
- Practical knowledge of french, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with tablets is an asset.
Non-Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of the techniques and practices used in the practice of the trade.
- Ability to work and perform tasks according to trade rules, established procedures, and independently.
- Ability to assess and control job-related risks and take precautionary measures.
- Knowledge of spoken French.
