We're looking for a bold, client-focused Senior Advisor to join our Advanced Planning team and take a lead role in designing and delivering powerful, high-value solutions. This role is about more than insurance—it's about understanding business owners, thinking holistically, and architecting smart, scalable strategies.
You’ll be at the center of our client relationships, guiding the development, execution, and maintenance of tailored solutions, nurturing Centres of Influence (COIs), and driving business growth. Your success will be measured not only by results, but also by the trust you build and the mentorship you provide to those around you.
What You’ll Do:
Design smart solutions
• Partner with internal and external advisors to understand client objectives.
• Co-create bespoke strategies and ensure seamless implementation.
• Lead strategic reviews and monitor financial shifts to align with evolving client needs.
• Ensure insurance solutions support broader planning goals.
Grow the business
• Uncover new opportunities within client networks and expand our value.
• Bring the right experts to the table to deliver standout results.
• Be the trusted voice that drives both retention and acquisition.
Lead by example
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across teams.
• Champion service excellence and high-performance delivery.
• Contribute new ideas that lead to wins—big and small.
What You Bring:
• 10–15 years in financial services, consulting, or professional services with a flair for business development and client service.
• CPA, CFA, CLU, TEP or legal experience in corporate structuring (In-Depth Tax course is a bonus).
• Understanding of the Canadian insurance landscape and estate planning strategies.
• Strong relationship management background—you know how to grow and retain a book.
• A tech-savvy mindset with advanced MS Office skills.
