Operations Analyst – Manufacturing & Scheduling | Coquitlam & Pitt Meadows, BC
Salary: $65,500–$82,000 | Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days/Week)

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to support our dynamic scheduling and manufacturing teams across four facilities. You will split your time between our facilities in Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of operations, bridging planning and execution, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.
You’re good at:
- Supporting Scheduling Operations – Collaborate with schedulers and supply planning to ensure efficient production runs and cost-effective job sequencing.
- Champion Data Integrity – Validate and maintain master data in ERP systems (Syspro), ensuring accurate inputs for successful operations.
- Analyze & Optimize – Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze batch sizes, machine capabilities, and inventory to maximize throughput and minimize changeovers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, supply chain and product launch teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Step In When Needed – Act as a backup scheduler when required, learning on the job and contributing to scheduling excellence.
You Have:
- 2–5 years in manufacturing, ideally in food or CPG
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and production planning
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Knowledge of bills of materials, economic batch sizing, and scheduling logic
- Collaborative mindset with a flexible, growth-oriented attitude
