Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter Internship. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing and recruiting
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to use excel or CRM to manage candidates, import data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus
