We are seeking a strategic and passionate Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales teams in British Columbia and the Edmonton, Alberta area. This role is based in our Burnaby office and is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence. At BGE, we are committed to safely delivering healthy indoor air environments, and we need a Regional Sales Manager who shares that vision.
The day-to-day activities of our Regional Sales Manager will include:
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a small team of Account Managers, driving performance and professional growth.
Sales Growth: Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of territory plans. Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies.
Customer Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Strategic Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand recognition, identify new business opportunities, and position the team as industry experts.
Process & Organizational Development: Implement and improve internal structures, workflows, and training programs to support scalable growth across regions. Lead change initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term impact.
The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably leading teams across multiple provinces.
5+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience in outside sales and account management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Experience in the HVAC or Mechanical industry would be an asset.

A competitive total compensation package including Base, Bonuses, company-matched RSP, Benefits, Vehicle Allowance and Health Spending Account. Expected compensation range is $125,000 - $145,000 annually.
