At M1, the mission comes first: quality, safety, and rapid turnaround time are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do As a Customer Accounts Representative, you’ll manage key customer relationships and ensure their needs are met — with precision, speed, and a personal touch.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Reviewing quotes, repair orders, and exchange transactions with a focus on accuracy and service
  • Monitoring performance in reference to contracts and ensuring client expectations are met
  • Collaborating with internal departments (planning, engineering, production) to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery
  • Providing weekly job status updates to clients
  • Tracking fleet trends and helping anticipate future customer needs
  • Participating in in-person client meetings and account reviews

What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills)

  • A diploma or degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in aerospace or MRO
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MRO software (e.g., Quantum) is a plus
  • Bilingual (French and English*)
  • The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
