At M1, the mission comes first: quality, safety, and rapid turnaround time are at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Do As a Customer Accounts Representative, you’ll manage key customer relationships and ensure their needs are met — with precision, speed, and a personal touch.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Reviewing quotes, repair orders, and exchange transactions with a focus on accuracy and service
- Monitoring performance in reference to contracts and ensuring client expectations are met
- Collaborating with internal departments (planning, engineering, production) to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery
- Providing weekly job status updates to clients
- Tracking fleet trends and helping anticipate future customer needs
- Participating in in-person client meetings and account reviews
What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills)
- A diploma or degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in aerospace or MRO
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MRO software (e.g., Quantum) is a plus
- Bilingual (French and English*)
- The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
