About the role
As ATB's next SAP Tech Ops Analyst, you will play a key role as part of the Technology Enablement Team. In this role you will support SAP performance testing, test automations and test data management, traffic control for SAP environments usage and dashboarding planned and approved activities for visibility.
Accountabilities
- Accountable for Consistency and Integrity of SAP non production systems.
- Support SAP Transport Management Process while coordinating and collaborating with development teams and change management teams for sustainment and projects
- Define/ Refine Transport Management process and promote automations for error imports and error reporting
- Traffic control for SAP environments usage and dashboarding planned and approved activities for visibility.
- Oversight for SAP systems technical strategy and system/component roadmaps, while collaborating with the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Keep process and procedure documentation up to date.
- Support SAP non prod system leveling with all the changes that move to prod to enable consistency of non prod systems
- Support SAP performance testing, test automations and test data management
- Support SAP tools for Data Masking , Test Data copy and Testing Tools.
- Participates in both internal and external regulatory/vendor audits.
- Identify and Deliver process improvements and automations.
- Very strong interpersonal skills are your forte, including communication skills (written and oral), listening skills, and ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all ATB Team Members.
- Demonstrate organized, detailed and objective oriented work style.
- Manage your time and learnings effectively and proactively.
Skills, experience & requirements
- Computer Science degree from a recognized institution
- 8+ years of combined SAP experience in domains of BASIS, Change management, ABAP or SAP architecture with exposure to IT operations and IT Change Management
- Working knowledge of SAP transport management system.
- Working knowledge of SAP system components, support site, PAM and reviewing OSS notes for technical strategy.
- Experience working with SAP change management, Data masking, Test Data copy solutions and Testing solutions
- Some ABAP or other development experience will be an asset
- Some experience working on internal and external audits.
- Able to gather and present required data for informed decision making.
- Facilitate conversations with key stakeholders and help negotiate environment usage sequencing.
- Excellent documentation skills for solution designs, integrations, configurations, procedures and runbooks.
- Strong prioritization, negotiating and critical thinking capabilities.
- Persuasive, professional communication style
