As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Create agile project plans with clear articulation of business outcomes including: desired business outcomes and service level agreements, the metrics to confirm success of those outcomes and the identification of key underlying assumptions, business and technology risks, necessary prerequisite initiatives, required supporting actions and intermediary outcomes
- Manage contracts with multiple vendors by delegating work and outlining deadlines in line with project deliverables and statement of work.
- Undertake multiple mid to large projects and manage throughout the entirety of project lifecycle
- Preparation and effective delivery of communication plan strategy and tracking
- Consulting and collaboration with key project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Setting and continual management of project requirements with team members and other stakeholders.
- Determine the resources needed to accomplish goals and manage those resources effectively and efficiently. Manage full engagement of resources in the planning and execution of the project, ensuring they contribute to value delivery.
- Implementation and management of entire project scope and interventions to achieve project outputs and stakeholder buy-in for effective stakeholder management.
- Resolve issues and conflicts, remove barriers, and resolve minor project issues. Act as an escalation point for potential conflicts between direction and project constraints
- Identification and managing of project dependencies and critical paths.
- Planning and scheduling of project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Determining the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyzing results, and troubleshooting problem areas. Consistently give project updates to different stakeholders regarding projects’ strategy and progress.
- Proactive management of changes in project scope, and identification of ongoing issues, potential risks, and development of risk management plan highlighting mitigations /contingencies.
- Conducting post project reviews and preparing recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Work with the leadership team to ensure alignment with the business strategy and key project deliverables.
- Support, educate and mentor project team members in agile project management and agile/scrum development methodologies as well as agile project tools

- 5+ years of project management experience, with focus on IT cloud infrastructure, software integration, and information security
- Bachelor's degree, post-secondary education, and/or equivalent work experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Equivalents [Prince 2]
- Proficient at managing business or technology projects, including organizational change management components (training and communications).
- Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS systems is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Solid organizational skills with an ability to multitask
- Solid understanding of and experience leveraging best practice methodologies
- Resourceful and innovative, and strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Collaborative, communicative and energizing management style
- Experience with a professional services firm is an asset
