The Business Partner – Technologies will be responsible for supporting the technology Vice-Presidency in the management of its team in terms of performance, skills management and organizational development.

- Provide expertise in performance management in a technological context
- Ensure usage of frameworks are used effectively and consistently across team
- Guide employees in interpersonal conflicts and in skills and career growth
- Listen and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
PROFILE
- 5 years experience in an HR business partner or a talent development role
- Experience in a technological or growth startup environment
- Excellent knowledge of performance management in a systems engineering environment
- Autonomy, coaching experience and ease of providing feedback
- BAC in human resources or in management or the equivalent
- Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
