🌟 What You'll Do ✅ Draft pleadings and file documents using Ontario's e-Civil filing portal
✅ Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and court materials
✅ Schedule and coordinate examinations, mediations, and trials
✅ Organize and review client documents and prepare Affidavits of Documents
✅ Draft and track undertakings, mediation briefs, pre-trial and trial materials
✅ Support injunction and complex motion practice
✅ Collaborate with legal professionals and keep cases running smoothly
✅ Use tools like Dropbox, DocuSign, LEAP, ACL, GhostPractice, Caselines , and more
🧠 What You Bring 🔹 10+ years of hands-on commercial litigation experience
🔹 A legal diploma or degree (Law Clerk, Paralegal, Legal Assistant)
🔹 Deep knowledge of Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure 🔹 Fierce attention to detail and ability to work independently
🔹 Excellent communication & multitasking skills
🔹 Comfortable with Microsoft Office, GhostPractice, LEAP, and legal tech tools
🔹 Bonus: Commissioner of Affidavits or Injunction experience? That's a plus!
