Qualifications
- Valid ECE License
- Experience working with children in early childhood education settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as a part of a team
- Proficient in classroom management and time management
- Able and eager to maintain high program standards
Responsibilities
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members, ensuring positive and open interactions that build strong relationships.
- Collaborate to create and maintain an inclusive environment that prioritizes attachment, play-based learning, and meets the needs of all children.
- Adhere to policy and procedures, including licensing requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.84-$31.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
