The Opportunity We are looking for a talented and dedicated Fit Specialist who will play an integral role in the Production team, working in close collaboration with the other channels. The incumbent will ensure that the garments meet the aesthetic, fit and construction requirements while maintaining constant streamlined communication with the teams cross-functionally.
Your Daily Adventures
- Measure and specify garment fits, ensuring proper workmanship and suggesting improvements.
- Attend fit sessions, providing detailed feedback and collaborating with designers, production, and vendors.
- Prepare and adjust technical specifications based on design input.
- Verify grading and ensure consistent fit, quality, and construction across all garments.
- Assist in developing product standards and support R&D initiatives.
Your Toolkit
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role
- College education in fashion
- Strong understanding of Excel
