About the role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a part time Night Auditor/ Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to be trained for overnight shifts from 11:30PM-7:30AM as well as able to work evening shifts from 3PM- 11PM. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing our hotel in a professional manner.

Duties:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
  • Handle reservations and cancellations
  • Process payments and maintain guest accounts
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Proficiency with phone systems and strong phone etiquette
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Experience in guest services or front desk operations
