We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Aurora, in delivering exceptional service and maintaining efficient office operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing client support, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Duties
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
- Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and well-organized.
- Utilize Microsoft applications for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on providing excellent support to clients and colleagues.
- Experience in front desk operations or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for effective task management.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with proofreading techniques to ensure high-quality documentation.

Pay: $43,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
