What We’re Building:
Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT solutions to businesses across Canada and the US, helping organizations stay secure, resilient, and compliant in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Your Role:
As a technical co-founder and CTO , you will:
- Provide the top technical MSP and MSSP services across Canada
- Lead the design and implementation of our security service offerings
- Build and mentor a high-performing technical team
- Manage the existing technical team abroad
- Drive product innovation and operational excellence
- Collaborate on business strategy, go-to-market, and client engagement
- Establish and implement service procedures and routines for the tech team
What We’re Looking For:
- CISSP certification (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, ideally within MSP/MSSP or IT services environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take on a co-founder role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Based in Toronto or willing to relocate
