BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in-person out of the corporate office in Windsor, ON. This position will lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives, streamline internal processes, and attract top talent to support our nationwide operations— all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the timely hiring of top talent and an engaging onboarding experience for new hires;
- Develop onboarding materials and facilitate onboarding sessions with new hire groups as needed;
- Develop job advertisements and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent;
- Source candidates through networking, referrals, online platforms, and other avenues, as required;
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategy with business goals and provide training on best hiring practices;
- Continuous improvement of recruitment workflows for efficiency;
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve hiring strategies;
- Represent BELFOR at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding;
- Maintain compliance with internal company policies and employment legislation;
- Manage ATS records and relationships with external recruiters and job boards; and
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Recruitment, Human Resources, Business, or Project Management;
- 3+ years of accomplished experience in high-volume recruiting and onboarding (preferably in a corporate environment);
- Strong organizational & communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates & hiring managers;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Google Workspace;
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and job posting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar);
- Located in Windsor, ON, or surrounding areas;
- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus!
