Responsibilities
- Work closely with business teams and Data Analysts to understand requirements and support data needs.
- Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements, with guidance from senior team members.
- Support the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Participate in building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and technologies.
- Contribute to making data accessible to internal tools, reporting platforms, and data warehouses.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a data engineering or analytics-focused role.
- Academic or project-based experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or cloud data tools is a plus.
- Willingness to grow in cloud-based data platforms like AWS and Snowflake.
- Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting in Python.

Exposure to relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.

Understanding of data storage (e.g., AWS S3) and data movement concepts.

Interest in learning modern ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, Glue) and CI/CD tools.
