Job Description
As a SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Lead , you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into system solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Configure all standard Onboarding 2.0 features and troubleshoot bugs to ensure a stable solution
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.
- Provide expertise on system functionality, integrations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure seamless system adoption.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Stay up to date with SuccessFactors releases and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in implementing and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0) .
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations .
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and talent acquisition best practices .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding (preferred).
