What You'll Be Doing:

• Small to mid-sized home repairs and renovations: drywall, trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, flooring, tile, minor plumbing/electrical, and more
• Jobs are typically one or two day projects — fast turnaround, no dragging jobs out
• Communicating with clients and making them feel taken care of
• Showing pride in your work and leaving job sites clean and professional

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in home repairs, finishing, or renos
• Strong problem-solving skills — you know how to figure things out on-site
• Reliable vehicle and basic tools (we’ll supply job materials)
• A professional attitude and great communication with customers and teammates
• Bonus if you’re licensed or experienced in multiple trades

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

• 8 hour shift
