Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the sales territory by meeting pre-determined sales targets
- Develop, execute and manage pricing strategies as defined by management
- Develop, execute and manage new opportunities, new markets and focused new products
- Create a commercial plan for the territory that identifies customers, sales and growth potential
- Maintain and service current customer accounts while addressing opportunities within each account to maximize sales revenues
- Increase sales through prospecting / new account generation, sales presentations and product demonstration
- Strategic monitoring of the competition
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably in packaging or other industrial sales)
- Post-secondary education
- A proven success sales history with a track record of continued profitable revenue growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
