Overview
The Marketing Specialist, CAA Rewards develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels. Their data-driven strategies engage our target audiences and differentiates CAANEO’s loyalty program within the marketplace.
The Marketing Specialist is innovative and creative, constantly striving to generate new marketing ideas and captivate the attention of target audiences. They have a proactive and adaptive approach to handling dynamic marketing challenges and are instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.
The Marketing Specialist conducts thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, enabling them to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences. They utilize marketing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies, improve ROI, and refine targeting approaches.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage various marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing materials, social campaigns, and web content.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels, including mass media, direct marketing, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product launches.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Support the creation of compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with brand identity.
- Plan and execute mass media marketing campaigns (TV, radio, print) to maximize reach and brand exposure.
- Implement direct marketing tactics (direct mail, telemarketing, email) to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing, to engage with audiences effectively.
Thorough Product Knowledge:
- Utilize a deep understanding of CAANEO’s loyalty products, services, and partners to effectively position them in marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the standards and regulations within the loyalty industry and comply with partner brand standards.
- Address customer pain points through marketing communications that highlight how our offerings meet their needs.
- Stay up to date with product developments, enhancements, and updates. Ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect the latest product information.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and content.
- Track and analyze marketing programs, updating reports and summarizing findings.
- Present campaign results to the marketing team.

Experience & Education
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business, Advertising, Media, or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the loyalty industry is considered an asset.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Management (CDM) or Customer Data Experience Programs (CDXP) is an asset.
- Experience with content creation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Search, Google Display, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing).
- Understanding of marketing analysis and experience with analytic reports and data interpretation.

- Initiative-taking and self-starting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Analytical mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Approach

Compensation
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
