Status: Regular Full Time
Salary Range: $117,464 - $146,830.00 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)
Number of available positions: 10
Hours of Work: 42 hours per week, following a rotating schedule of four (4) shifts on—comprised of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts—followed by four (4) days off.
Day shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm
Night shift: 5:00pm to 5:00am

As Superintendent, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring deployment, patient care, and documentation meet the highest standards.

What You Bring!

A passion for service excellence, community health, and paramedic practice.

A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a certified Ontario paramedic (AEMCA + Base Hospital authorization); supervisory experience preferred.

Emotional intelligence, resilience, and sound judgment in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and labour relations skills (unionized setting experience an asset).

Valid Class “F” Ontario Driver’s Licence and full Ambulance Act compliance.
